All products are ESD (Electronic Software Delivery): you receive everything by email.
Shipping cost: Always FREE (€0.00).
Times: in most cases a few seconds after payment; in rare cases 1–4 hours (up to 24 hours) for checks or manual stock.

Can I request an invoice (VAT number)?
Yes. If you need an invoice, enter your details (e.g. company name and VAT number) in the order notes or send us an email right after your purchase at contact@cdkeysdeal.com.
Returns and refunds: how does it work with digital products?
As these are digital products delivered by email, once delivery has begun the digital content cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
Legal note: under Art. 16 of EU Directive 2011/83 (and Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content after delivery has begun.
So we cannot offer refunds for a simple change of mind after you have received the product.
When am I entitled to a refund or replacement?
We offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
• Non-working code (Invalid / Already in use on the first attempt)
• Wrong product sent by mistake
• Non-delivery (technical problem) and you no longer wish to wait
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Within 30 days of purchase:
1) Write to contact@cdkeysdeal.com
2) Subject: "Order Problem #12345"
3) Attach a clear screenshot of the error during activation
Without a screenshot we cannot verify with the supplier and proceed with a refund/replacement.
How long does the refund take?
After approval:
• Replacement: the new code is sent as soon as possible
• Refund: credited back to the same payment method within 3–5 business days
