All software purchased on CD Keys Deal is covered by our activation guarantee. We want to make sure your product works correctly from the very first moment.
1. What does the Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers exclusively the validity of the licence key (Product Key).
- Activation Guarantee: We guarantee that the code you receive is valid, genuine and able to activate the official software at the time of purchase.
- Licence Duration:
- For "Lifetime" products, such as Office 2024 or Windows: We guarantee that the licence will never expire.
- For Subscription products (e.g. 1-year Antivirus): We guarantee validity for the entire period purchased.
2. What does the Warranty NOT cover?
Our responsibility is limited to providing the activation code. The warranty does not cover:
- PC Technical Problems: Incompatibility of your computer, pre-existing viruses, or hardware problems that prevent the software from running.
- Failure to Activate in Time: Keys must be activated within 30 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee the validity of codes kept unused for months.
- Hardware Changes: If you change your motherboard or PC, some OEM licences (such as Windows) may stop working. This is a limit imposed by Microsoft, not a defect in our key.
Installation Support: Although we are not IT technicians, we offer guides and basic assistance to help you download and install the official software.
3. Procedure in case of a Defect
If your key suddenly stops working or does not activate:
- Contact us right away at Contact@cdkeysdeal.com.
- Provide your order number and a description of the problem.
- Our team will check the status of the key with the manufacturer. If the key turns out to be defective, we will send you a NEW one free of charge.
