2. Subject of the Contract (Digital Products)

This contract concerns the sale of software activation keys (ESD - Electronic Software Delivery) in digital format.

The Customer purchases an alphanumeric code (Product Key) that will be sent by email. This code is required to activate the software downloaded from the manufacturers' official servers (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe). No physical media (CD/DVD/Box) is shipped.

3. Delivery and Times

Delivery takes place exclusively by email to the address provided by the Customer when ordering.

  • Processing times: Delivery is generally immediate (automatic) or takes place within a few hours of payment confirmation.
  • Non-receipt: If you do not receive the email within 1 hour, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. If the problem persists, contact us at Contact@cdkeysdeal.com.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Important)

Under Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights (Art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent.

Please note: Once the activation key has been viewed or sent by email, it cannot be returned or refunded due to a "change of mind", since the code is unique and, once exposed, is considered "consumed".

5. "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee

Despite the exclusion of the standard right of withdrawal, we offer a full Working Guarantee.

If a key shows as "Invalid" or does not work at the time of activation:

  1. The Customer must contact support within 7 days of purchase.
  2. A clear screenshot of the error displayed in the software must be provided.
  3. Our team will verify the error and arrange the immediate free replacement of the key.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices shown on the site are in Euro (€). Accepted payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal (recommended).
  • The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability

CD Keys Deal provides genuine, valid licences. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Hardware incompatibility of the customer's computer with the purchased software.
  • Incorrect installation by the customer (we provide guides, but installation is the user's responsibility).
  • Malfunctions of the software itself (bugs, crashes) that depend on the manufacturer (e.g. Microsoft).
